But how many months left in you T1 G at the point of application for ILR ? My Tier 1 Visa was due to expire on 11 Sep 2012. whether the new rule applies for only people who fall short of 5 years can use EC date or else First entry to UK is what the starting point of 5 yrs OR Otherwise ?
