You don't need any biometric reference number. Since it is PEO appointment for ILR, it is included in the appointment. The case worker will send you for your biometric once you are in PEO.

If you apply by post, by the time your case is decided, if you have completed 5 years residency requirment, your ILR will be granted. Provided you have fulfilled all other requirments of your application.

No, They generally ask for three to four month documents covering two years. You can take that. and tell CW about the situation. Can you find any catelogue, any accountant, dentist or any sort of letter of that time.

You need to show that you are paying calss 2 national insurance as a proof of self employment activity.

You can also call HMRC and ask them to send you the welcome letter at you new address.

However, the most authentic proof is payment of Class 2 national insurance.
