While this may be possible, expect problems. they need to be in the uk anyway, they need to attend reporting and signing ...

My opinion is, make your application that your wife will be traveling with you to UK for a visit, not settlement. You don't have to explain or inform them that you intend to live there or work. If you really want, show them that you both have jobs in your country or whatever else, but don't expose ...

Hello, I am hoping someone could help. My mother in-law is here in the UK with a long term Visitor's (C Visa) that is expiring in 2021. I would like to take her and the family across the channel to France. Before I can do that I would need to apply for a Schengen visa for her. She is 62 years old a...

Which nationality do you hold? EEA Family Permit is only really required if you are a visa national.
I hold Pakistani passport. Is it just my passport, her passport and a marriage certificate and No bank statement ??

It maybe an irrelevant post but just wanted to wish all the PSW candidates who will be applying before deadline a very goodluck.

Wont be applying PSW as I am out of 12 month rule and hoping for something better in future.

Love immigrationboards and their Mods, keep up the goodwork :)

I guess as the deadline is getting closer, maximum applicants are applying in order to secure the PSW visa. this could be the reason for delay. you have submitted you application acknowledgement received soon you will get bio letter too :)

Thanks i will look into that It sounds to me like the letter you have just been issued is just a standard exam board letter, not a PSW letter and the date that has just changed is the date on the letter. The PSW letter must meet the requirements of para 62(ii) of the PSW policy guidance if you don't...
