I believe you can do it abroad. Once you completed your naturalization and recieved your naturalization certificate you are a british citizen and should be able to apply for a first passport at your local British embassy or consulate. Contact them and/or check their website about the procedure and r...

The NCS just photocopy your passport and hand back to you the original during the appointment. You need to remain in the country for the next 5 days or so because the law or regulations state that you need to be in the country when your application actually reaches the home office. After that, you a...

I strongly disagree with most advice given here: 1. Once you naturalize (i.e. get your certificate) you can leave and.or enter the UK just like any other British citizen. 2. The fact that you get British citizenhip does not affect your existing foreign passport. Even if your original country does no...

Why state that "you know the person is applying . . ." and expected to continue "Indefinitly" -

just state the facts about employment and add that "we expect to continue employing him in the future". Simple.

The advice some people in the forum give about this (and also the HO if you call them) is to disclose any type of conviction as "hiding" might imply you are dishonest and of a bad character on these grounds. On the other hand, disclosing things which are not really relevant can create unnecessary pr...

When you say you were "cautioned" was that a formal caution by the police? Did you sign anything? Reason I'm asking is that a caution is a form of admission of guilt and may go on your crimininal record. In that case, you will have to disclose it. If you are not sure you can apply to the police for ...

You have to disclose it since it was given in court.
It may or may not affect your application - dpending how the HO will classify this offence. Don't think there is certainty either way.
