Re: SET (O) Success PEO Croydon 14/04/11

Hi Vijay, The documents doesn't say that you need a letter, but it has been part of best practice to submit one (its upto the applicant's wish). The format is simple, that the HR department has to confirm that you as current employee in xxx department, since xxx

Re: continuous residence for ILR interpretation

If you are out of UK on more than one occasion for 3 months, in my opinion its difficult to convince the case worker, about your intention of making UK as the main home. All the visa category and ILR rests on the fact that one would make UK as the main residence. You may be within the rules/regulati...

We don't rent receipts/rent book. A valid tenancy agreement should be good. Also, attach any utility bills/council tax bill as another proof. Cheers Receipts for rent are not required. You will need a proper tennancy agreement which must be for a minimum of 6 months. Survey of property is not essent...

I'm in a similar situation, and would be aplying for ILR in June 2011. As far as I have read the immigration rules and guidance notes, - A dependent (say spouse) should have completed 2 years of stay in UK. So, if your spouse has stayed in UK for 2 years in UK (i believe short breaks will be accepta...

Hi, I'm too in the same boat as you. Tier 1 dependent visa was refused for my daughter (6 months old). It's a sily mistake that they mistook 3151 GBP as 3151 INR. I had appealed against the decision, but its almost 2 months now, its still pending. I'm went through the same points which you have ment...

The only condition for maintenance fund is that it should be maintained every day for the last 3 months. If you have been maintaining enough money for your dependent for the last 3 months, it should not be a problem.
