Re: Travel vignettes expired- can dependent travel on BRP

Your family need to apply for a replacement vignette, which is a pain but is the correct thing to do. If your family use the BRP the IO may figure out what has happened. That could lead to problems for you and your solicitor. Solicitors are required to see the endorsed 30 day vignette before handing...

Re: Wrong Nationality on Electoral Roll

If UKVI pick up on this it is likely to become a problem. You can't blame the landlord because you who told him that you were Spanish, and hence you were permitted on the electoral register. As a Chilean national you were not eligible and it is virtually impossible to prove that you didn't then go o...

Re: Form AN - School Penalty Notice

Good choice khurram2015. A few low level FPNs won't prevent you meeting the good character test (3.8.c of the guidance) but trying to conceal them almost certainly would. Honesty is the best policy as UKVI takes a sensible approach to this. They don't expect applicants to be saints, while the seriou...

Re: Form UKF - Good Character Requirement

If you did community service in the UK because you were a drunk driver then the case was not withdrawn. A community order is made after a guilty plea or a conviction, and it will show up. Admit to it on the form. The offence was minor, confirmed by the low level community order. The worst that will ...

He did not "opt" for disqualification in any meaningful sense.

It was a penalty imposed by the court after your husband's guilty plea, or following his conviction despite an earlier plea of not guilty. Hopefully the fotmer, as that at leadt suggests he accepted responsibility.

Service standard is meant to be 18 weeks. If it has only been 8 weeks you may have a long wait for the licence and first CoS allocation.

Re: Tier 2 - FPN

Declare the FPN at the earliest opportunity and explain that you forgot - very minor, long time sgo blah blah, very sorry blah blah. FPN on its own is not serious enough to merit refusal provided you admit it before the HO checks your criminal history. If you continue to conceal it HO are likely to ...

Re: ILR 10 years residence & periods of absence & Subject Ac

You will need to go through the UK entry stamps in your passport, and try to figure out when you had left using stamps from other countries. Only your initial entry will have been recorded using the landing card, which is why it showed on your SAR.

No need to leave quickly Trazema but if you stay for significantly longer than 30 days you may have problems on a future trip to the UK. Mum was a CUKC at the time of your birth; you would have been British by descent at birth had mothers transmitted their CUKC status in 1971, and you would have become a BC in 1983. Think Vinny has hit the nail on the head.
