Re: CCJ after Naturalisation Application

If you are able to fix it, you wont have to worry - not only for HO, but for all other places/applications where you need to declare if you have ever had a CCJ. ...

Re: Speeding After application for naturalisation (AN) was s

Wait for the letter to start with. You may be a very very lucky boy - Speed awareness course is offered if you are within guideline of the force - Criteria = 1 - Legal speed limit [30 in your case] + 10% [3 in your case] + 9 = 42mph in your case. [you mentioned you were doing 41 - talk about cutting...

Re: Will PND need to be declared

Not all PNDs are on PNC - It depends on the offence [if it is recordable or not]. As such, it is not admission of guilt nor does it constitute criminal offence. Acceptance and payment of a PND discharges all liability for that offence. If I were you, I'd go for ACRO - Police Records Subject Access -...

Re: CCJ after Naturalisation Application

You are going to have to dig deep with this to get your answer - Simply put, if you do/did not know about the case, you are able to file something called Statutory Declaration at your local court - this means, proceedings will start from scratch and any markers are removed and furthermore, you will ...

Re: Traffic accident Injury Claim, County court

You get prosecuted ONLY IF you do something you should not. You claiming against third party to recoup your expenses is not an admission of guilt. Trust me, dont loose your sleep over it, chances are you will still get your approval before some of us :)

You are not being prosecuted by anyone [so it seems from your summary] - as such this should have no negative impact on your application - all IMHO

Re: Traffic accident Injury Claim, County court

First of all its not an accident - it is RTC [road traffic collision]! Are you claiming over 10k? did you damage any public property? If you did, you can be prosecuted by Police which is something you should have mentioned as an open case but wouldnt have as much bearing as it does not make you a cr...

I am sure they can, but remember the form asks for the tax ref number which is specific to your employer at the time you apply so can check all aspects of tax. So I left my (then) job after 20 days of applying for Naturalisation and of course I put down my then Tax office reference number on the fo...
