Yes save all of your receipts as part of the support you are prviding to your father as I used these as part of my hubbys case and they were accepted.

I would include the letter and evidence of your income for at least the past six month, wages and bank statements.

Make sure you have everything else and leave nothing to chance.

Go to the nearest Home Office (if you are in the uk) to you as i advised before...that is what i did and i spoke to someone and got an answer, simple!!!! if you can go to one of there office as they have got access to all systems worldwide

Try going to the home office closest to you, thats what i did and they looked on the international database found it and told me the result.....failing that call the post where the application has been sent....forget the emails they only bother to reply when they can be bothered and they are generic...

jaanabee that date is for all parties to have papers submitted, it is only worth using the expedite route if there are compassionate grounds to do so ie; bereavement, etc etc.....i advised you that i put the letter on alisonpals post did you have a look, also take a look at the website for the AIT t...

The biggest problem that you have got is the deception part of it, the proof that i got to prove i was settled in the uk for my husbands visa was letters from the kids schools and my workplace etc.....something for you to think of....my husband was here illegally for a number of years etc etc..........

I was a little confused thats all as they said he would not be allowed to claim Tax credits although he is jointly on the claim, but then the card came so i thought it was strange.

Hi Guys, My husband is here on a spouse visa.....although he is not entitled to tax credits....he has recieved this card....i understand why he is not entitled to the credit aspect of the claim but why is he entitled to Free prescriptions....eye tests....dental treatment etc....anyone have any idea ...

Hi zomumsy, Its a very difficult place where you at right now....however nothing is impossible....trust me my family and I went through hell and back when my hubby was applying for his spouse visa....all I can say is have a read through my posts regarding the spouse visa....you will start to realise...
