is there any balance that need to be maintained for ILR ? do the case worker look out for a good balance ? I don't think so you need to maintain a balance but it's always better to have some money in the account as that gives some proof to the caseworker that you can support yourself and dependents

Hi All, I had been a silent reader at the forum for some days before applying for my ILR today. I had originally thought of getting help from a lawyer as my days away were 353 days in total but my lawyer made be believe that it was near to an impossible task plus he did not even mention the Section...

my friend applied on June 6th under his work permit. i think you've sent the employer letter it should be fine if the employer had specified the dates you've worked for them..
