If you wish to keep your documents consider the Settlement Checking Service (click) remeber that under the old rules there is no specific financial requirement so long as you can adequately maintain and accommodate yourselves that will suffice. As Cardiff and Liverpool ones are defo no for aelf employed cases I would suggest to go to Croydon alot of ppl are been accepted on same day at croydon if ur travel is that urgent cant you apply after ur travel or just delay your travel untill u have all documents back eventho if u have given decis...

From 28 days before 04/02/2014 Thanks for your reply. But that means she will apply on say 06/01/2013 so if she will go for same day service on that date she would not have completed her 2 years probationary period since she entered on 4/02/2012.so , ukba will hold her application. Earlist date to apply. For ILR

Hi,

My wife has 2 year spouse visa and i just would like to know when she would be able to apply for her ILR. She has entered uk on 4/2/2012 and her visa stamped on 24/11/2011 and valid until 24/04/2014.

She will apply using PEO service (appointment). Your help would be gratly appreciated.

If she applied for her visa before 9 July last year, she will qualify after 2 years. That's why I placed the additional information in brackets in my post). How long can you spend outside of the UK?

My wife here in the UK on a Spouse settlement visa and due to apply for ILR soon Set (m). we have already spent few weeks outside of the UK for holidays, she is due to travel back to her country later this year before she apply for ILR but don't want to spend too long outside if it will effect this....

Thanks for your replay,
That's mean I will have to be in the UK during the 2 years.
So if we live abroad for more than 4 years my wife will be able to get her ILR easily is it right?
