Re: Passport held by UKBA!

Hi people, I have some questions. I, french national, am just married to my non-eea wife after HO gave us COA. She applied voor EEA2 permit 1 year before we applied for COA. Her passport is being held up to this day by UKBA from the moment she entered the UK. Passport has now expired. She is now an...

DFDS, simply having a joint tenancy agreement will not work if both parties are contributing equally to the rent cost. Under the EU directive, the EEA national on whom the non-EEA is dependant, will need to show he/she has primary ownership of the household on which the non-EEA reside. An affidavit...

This conclusive statement is very narrow minded as the alleged forgery and corruption is not limited to third world alone. It is a clear afront to modern world and a false accusation to third world nations. Is it? I disagree. I travel to Russia quite often, not even third-world, a so-called emergin...

If those are the rules then those are the rules I'm afraid. Birth Certificate proves very little especially if from a third-world country where forgery and corruption abound. Try another DNA test? Why was a DNA test requested? What is your country of origin, and what is your age and reason for depe...

Ed, the joint tenancy will show that you live in the same household, but how the rent is paid, and who has primary ownership of the household would also be an important factor and will be taken into consideration, How old is your Brother? The above will cover the situation in the UK, in regards to ...

Insurer are very much aware that there is no such a thing as emergency cover in the Uk, as there are no private E & A's in the Uk. So what they do, they can just arrange for you a policy which covers ambulace transfers, to a private hospital. Thats what i have been told by one of the insurers.

Until such time as this examination is undertaken, they will have absolutely no rights. However, there is a catch, if th...

Re: Changing passports (expiring) - Can I use old Residents

if we want to move the Residents Card into her new Passport, we have to go through all the EEA2 application process again! I would have thought they would have had a more simple process for moving Residents Cards in this scenario where Passports are lost or replaced They don't! It's madness, I'm in...

Accordingly, by definition, ordinarily the EEA Family Permit is applied f...
