hi, as far as i know it could be good news or bad.....its 50/50, could go either way...you wont know until you've collected the passport...and your wife has to go in person with her id card...and yes you get your docs back....let us know the decision and how long it took.

I totally agree with batley khan, this case is exceptional this is why he got SPECIAL TREATMENT. I think its totally unfair actually, I'm gonna write a complaint to the BHC in islamabad, and tell them how unfair that is...its not as if this guys life was at risk at gerrys. hi, does anyone know what the current process time is for spouse visa in islamabad at the moment. I know that it can take up to 12 weeks, but process times vary, and i've heard its about a month lately. has anyone applied lately, and recieved it in this time frame?

hi, i think it will definitly help if you have a job for your husband. As far as speeding things up, I dnt think getting professional assistance makes a difference on processing times. They will definitly prepare the paper work better though. When r u applying?
