By the grace of GOD my hubbys status changed today after exactly 6 mnths of waiting. I already know that he got the visa as our MP told us in October.

hi everyone can anyone tell me if they know how long it takes for gerrys to update there ssytem once they recive the passport. I recived a email from an Entry clearance manager at BHC Islamabad telling me my husbnads passport was with the visa writer and that he ahad asked them to stamp the passport...

My husband still hasnt recivd his passport...............please please tell me what i should do......im close to breaking down, applied 22nd June, MP told us that the visas been issued since 6th Oct......I;m just fed up and soooo upset......someone please help me out

hey mekyle, congrats on your sons passport, dnt worry your wifes visas most probably been issued too. Iam still waiting for my hubbys passport, its been 2 mnths since they issued the visa!!!!...what a total failure of a system the BHC have. Its unbelieveable

update from my side

Immigratiory advisory service contacted BHC, they replied this morning, saying the passport wil be stamped and sent to gerrys in the next 2/3 days. I cant believe its still needs to be stamped......oh well, at least we will get it soon.

thanx sweetie. I contacted Immigration advisory service today, they compiled my husbands application. the advisor said he would chase the BHC up today to see why my husbands passport hasn't been returned. Lets hope he can find out why its taken sooooo long.

my husbands was from islamabad...dnt worry about the tb test, i dnt think its too much of an issue, your wife will just have to renew it before she travels

i think me and Bazzy are in the same boat as our spouses tb tests have expires....god knows how much this process will take.

JUST WANDERING WHETHER ANYONE HAS HAD THERE PASSPORT BACK WHO HAS GOT A EXPIRED TB TEST.

THIS MAY BE WHY MY STATUS HASNT CHANGED, MY HUBBYS TB TEST IS EXPIRED.

THE VISA WAS ISSUED ON 6TH OCTOBER AND THE TB TEST EXPIRED ON 23RD OCTOBER

didnt you post that your MP told you your wifes application had been refused....and now your wife collected the passport with visa......whats going on?

thats great news....was ur wifes tb cert valid? and can u tell us when the visa was stamped on the passport once she gets it, was it the 9th september as the MP said, or was it stamped at a later date
