hi everyone its been exactly 12 weeks today since my hubby applied for his settlement visa...we were really hoping to get some good news by EID, my family was hoping to celebrate EID by having a huge party if my husbands visa was granted....looks like we'll just have to wait for an unlimimited time ...

hey everyone i know someone who applied for a student visa on the 9th of july, she had not heard anyhting from gerrys, so decided to go to lahore vac herself just to chk whether her passport was there....and guess what it was there, she collected it on the 28th august, and it was stamped on the 2nd ...

i cant believe they took so long to give the passport back....its disgusting...you should contact your local MP, and tell him the situation and ask him to write a letter asking them to over turn the decision immidietly...its ridiculous!!!!!

your uncles just trying to swindle money out of you, all your sister in law needs to do is to call gerrys and tell them that she needs to submit her passport for appeal, they will give her an appointment and she will go at the time given and submit it.
