Once he applies for his naturalisation and receives his acknowledgement, can he seek employment with the acknowledgement letter and his ILR stamp without a BRP

All my parent documents will be original ( applicants )

and all my documents ( invitation letter, bank statements, house documents, pay slips ) will be scanned copies ( i am the sponsor from UK ).

make sure to submit supporting documents to prove her primary and secondary part time jobs like letter from employer, pay slips, bank statements showing the funds coming in etc. This is just to be sure and to satisfy the ECO

I'm not sure if the ECO will be convinced if you apply for all of them at the same time- he may think the house will be overcrowded ( assuming you are 3 and inviting another 5 ). you need just 1 set of documents if they are applying together at the same time

you need more than just bank statements- i have just answered your query
