Hmm this is weird, how can this college mention those unis to be its partners if they are not ? the college can't lie can it ? Technically they're not allowed to but there are so many 'colleges' that it's virtually impossible to check all of them. If you're working in conjunction with someone like ...

It might get them more interviews but they'd just get rejected at the interview stage instead of prior to that. Then they'll go and whinge some more that they're being discriminated against.

If he has a photocopy of his valid visa and the passport info page and police report then i'd say that that was proof yes. I don't think that the UKBA will agree with us though. I think he'll have to pay for the visa again. This visa fee would cover the cost of Gordon's Sky+ subscription for 1 year ...

tipu20, But his visa isn't being transferred according to the UKBA as he lost his passport, the passport hasn't expired and he's not in possession of it. Therefore he'll have to re-apply. At a guess i'd say that this is to try and prevent people from 'swapping' passports once they've got a valid vi...

If he was removed from the UK then he's going to be subject to a ban and as such he won't be coming back soon. The only way round it is if you're married but seeing as he's been removed then any application will be subject to more scrutiny than usual.
