Also since the OP is evidently male and as we know that Pinky33 is female, it seems that deception is a habit of his.He should have learnt his lesson, first he lies to the police now he lies to us. Certainly a persona non grata in this country  A pessimist is one with no glimmer of hope whom ...

One day RajaMahmood might be President of his country as well through LCPS degree Good for him, that would mean that...

really silly if u ask me as people with student visa's arent allowed to work more than 20hrs a week. How do u save £800 over 3 months. You can work full time during the holidays. The whole point of student visas was for the students to study here and then go home so that you're of benefit to your ...

Bearing in mind that your student visa has expired you can't apply from here and you would just be wasting your money.

No you can't use your family's bank statement unless your name is on it and you have access to it.

Re: Tier-1 Dependent Visa Fee

Can some one here guide me what is the visa fee for 2 dependents (Spouse+kid)? My understanding is 675 GBP for both but some of my friends say it is 675 GBP for each dependent that is 675*2 (spouse+kid)? I am confused now .... I believe if applying at same time as you it's £50 per dependent but do...

I don't know about you but £30 tax out of £3k is wrong. The OP needs to clarify whether that £30 is taken every week or that's the total he's paid to date. No he doesn't have to clarify anything. I already know he is not in trouble but if you want to have a cow, feel free. Well if you think a ta...

Wrong. Assuming that the OP has been working for the duration of this tax year then he would've gone over the tax free allowance in his main job. The 2nd job will be taxed straightaway and if he's been overtaxed then a rebate can be claimed. There is NO tax free allowance on second jobs. The tax co...

I know, i just enjoy winding up Americans because they tend to get rather worked up over it. The correct spelling is 'arse' by the way.

My point exactly, im sick of The whineing and bitching people, im sick of this country and the way it is run, and pulling the stick out of your mule means quit being grumpy. Why would you be putting sticks into donkey's though? An American past time perhaps? If you want to leave then see what you n...

If you're not paying tax you are breaking the law so no you won't even get your visa. This is a gross oversimplification. In a second job, tax is deducted at a different rate. The amount you made so far on the second job has not reached a threshold for tax to be deducted, although you just said the...

It might get them more interviews but they'd just get rejected at the interview stage instead of prior to that. Then they'll go and whinge some more that they're being discriminated against.
