so any way i was refused the appeal at the post strange thing is now i didnt get a response from them and i found out after chasing them and they are claiming they sent the refusal to AIT on the 24 nov but they still havent rec'd it.i didnt get my supporting documents what can one do in such a situa...

sound about right cos i have a friend who applied for a spouse visa oct 2007 and her hubby was gettting ILR in june 2009 and so her visa was valid til june 2009 so now they all have ILR same time and same applies to their kids.just double check but i think it could be right

well i would recommend Danielle Cohen if its a DLR u wantjust google her and she will sort u out at £2000 she is not cheap but comes very highly recommended.
