Make sure you meet the requirements, collect the documents and apply. I would recommend NCS for application rather than postal. See the link that i mentioned in my first response.

The worst thing that could happen is they will reject your application based on wrong photos and will ask you to resubmit. what about fees. Probably you will lose the fee.
