Anywhere on the form it's asking you to declare failed attempts at KOL? Or how many attempts it took you to pass it? If the answer is no, how can they possibly delay or refuse your application on that basis? They can't say you did
something wrong by not declaring something they didn't ask you to.

All HO cares is whether you passed an exam or not, doesn't matter on what attempt. So you think if a person failed an exam, they are disqualified for life? Sorry, don't think so.

Under transitional arrangements as an ILR holder you have up till July 2013 to apply under current rules.

UKBA only refunds ceremony fees for unsucessful applications, which I believe is around eighty pounds.

As an alternative you can wait and apply in July 2012.

Your Certificate of Application (COA) should mention that whilst your application is under consideration it should be taken that you have the same rights as under your EEA FP. This is the easiest way to prove that you have right to work in the UK. As been pointed out by many neither EEA FP nor RC gr...

As your ILR was granted outside of immigrations rules you may want to read this thread.

Also read Nationality instructions especially section 8.7.

To me "personally" means face to face on a regular basis as opposed to every now and then in business meetings (i.e. sales pitches, etc.). Maybe "personnaly" means as a person? Knowing and appreciating your traits as opposed to a business object "somebody" you can sell things to and get business fro...

What would be the purpose in applying for ILR by a person who has acquired the right of PR in the UK? Wasn't saying it was the best way forward as don't know full circumstances of OP and don't know how easy for OP to prove that s/he exercised Treaty Rights and was just mentioning as one of the opti...

Do you have payslips for cash in hand? Add employment letter to it. I think what ECO is concerned with is that you have regular income and bank statements is one way of proving it. You can also possibly get a letter from your employer clarifying that they pay cash in hand. Normally cash in hand look...

One of the requirements for BC applications as a spouse of british national is that you are free from immigrations controls at the time you make application. You are free from immigration controls once you get ILR or PR. As you are an EU national I don't suppose you hold ILR, so in your case you wil...

She can apply for citizenship next year as shes been here for 5 years. Unfortunately after acquiring PR your wife also needs to be free from immigration controls for 12 months, thus bringing overall residential period to 6 years (see page 5 of the guide AN ). If you are a national of a country whic...
