Hi As far as I am aware my Work permit visa was not cancelled by the employer. But you not being aware of it doesn't necessarily mean that it wasn't! Working Tax Credits and Child Tax Credits ARE allowed. You'll need to provide proof accomodation is suitable, be it pictures, floorplan etc, but better to get a housing report from council or an estate agent. Do agree with Wanderer here.
