1. You cannot stay over 90days at once or in the last 12 months unless there is a justification and should be accompanied by a letter.
2. You cannot stay over 180days in whole 5year period.

guys please correct me if I am wrong.

guys I am confused now. from Azim's statement "if I can remember it was maintence and accommodation was a big one", do we need to provide proof of maintence funds like we do for Tier-1 application?

I do have regular income coming into the bank. but not huge savings as such.

I dont think it has anything to do with your existing visa expiry. You can book an appointment anytime after you are eligible for ILR.

hi,

As far as I know, it is illegal to work for a employer before getting a workpermit. I would recommend getting another letter or even consulting a immigration expert if possible.
