Hi arsenal, what if it is not my profession but it's my property and it's my investment/earning power of a great value and if I get profit by selling it then how does it matter whether it's a registered business or not! In most of the colleges which were suspended from Tier 4 register,UKBA has done an inspection recently(last week of feb/1st week of march).The decision is expected within 3-4 weeks.Keep in touch with the college administration.

how can an applicant become an overstayer when he/she withdraws application from UKBA when no decision was taken from them??It is not the applicant's fault.Correct me if I am wrong.

I understand and appreciate your position over this matter but that particular section was for all other things than boring immigration topics.Banning the idiots would have been the fairer option.Anyway,the forum will not be the same again.Will have to move to somewhere else.... 8)
