if you have finished your studies then you can apply for PSW from your home country as well rather than taking chances at heathrow.

You can make a complaint to HO on 01142072966,it will not affect ur status but at least you will get a reply from the caseworking team.

Under consideration means the application is under process.
Further consideration means HO is trying to verify certain details of your documents.Check with your bank,college,university whether there is/was any verification done or not.

i heard a rumour that the PSW will be extended further one more year from coming march along with other changes for Tier 1 general as well.Anyone has any idea or is it just a pure hoax??
