Overstayed few days on Tier 1

Hi ,

I have overstayed my tier 1 visa for 17 days . What is the best option can i apply for extension within few days will my application be refused automatically ?

This is complete stupidity from my side. I am meeting all the requirements.

All your suggestions will be very helpful.

This is strange. How can a biometric be not successful, unless they do some background check and find some record in police database. They should tell upfront whether the biometric is successful or not. This is not good and due to this your passport would be with them for long time. Hope this time ...

Well they sent me same letter as first time so i have to book it within 15 days .
Does that mean after i give my biometrics again then my file will go to the caseworker or its already gone .

ICPA Certified Practising Accountant ????

Hello

My accountant is ICPA Certified Practising Accountant ,
and he has done all my accounts ,
I was looking in the guidance they didn't mention anything
like ICPA.

Any ideas about this will it be accepted by HO.

Make a proper receipt/invoice with full details of the client and the work done. hi sanjeev if i start doing all the receipts there will be too many receipts , what my friend said just make receipts with big amounts like more then £500 with customer addresses and job done. and rest of the receipts...

Self Employed Receipts

Hi guys need information regarding small amount of transactions in my account as a self employed
Like under £200 do I have to make proper receipts (like address and phone no) of the clients or just simple receipt (description and amount) will do the job.
