just rung them up and my application is still being processed. thats all they can tell me. can take up to 6 months.

piles and piles of paperwork are a hassle.

I normally scan them in the best quality as I can and then destroy the rest.

If required we can print the scans, moreover, HO has the record of everthing anyway.

its personal choice.

the OP has definitely got something adverse in his case file. A court attendance for something serious may be why the OP got refused.

unless OP tells us what were the reasons of refusals, this thread is useless.

having taken car and motorbike training with police, the rules are simple and as follows:

20 in a 20 zone
30 in a 30 zone
40 in a 40 zone
50 in a 50 zone
anything about that police will spare you.

The reason being most serious accidents happens in builtup areas hence the speed limits

I applied on 4th November. No news yet. I think they are under huge pressure with loads of applications so I would just be patient and wait at least a couple of months before getting in touch.

normally if you use passport check and send service, they process it and give you the receipt for the next day guaranteed as this is what they charge you.

you will be fine as long as you don't incur more than 3 points in 12 months. there can't be any pattern to speeding, its just bad luck.
