the OP has definitely got something adverse in his case file. A court attendance for something serious may be why the OP got refused.

unless OP tells us what were the reasons of refusals, this thread is useless.

having taken car and motorbike training with police, the rules are simple and as follows:

20 in a 20 zone
30 in a 30 zone
40 in a 40 zone
50 in a 50 zone
anything about that police will spare you.

The reason being most serious accidents happens in builtup areas hence the speed limits

I applied on 4th November. No news yet. I think they are under huge pressure with loads of applications so I would just be patient and wait at least a couple of months before getting in touch.

this isn't complicated.

I rang HO about it.

If you have a degree taught in the UK and you have the Certificate, that will be sufficient.

and the other piece of document you require if LIUK test certificate.

you don't need to re-take LIUK test

However, if you do not have a degree taught in English from a UK university then you have to do following:

1. a B1 english language test
OR
2. a degree certified by NARIC to be equivalent to the English requirement.

hope this helps

hello Adojay, I am not sure if they are open on Saturdays. Well, they close at 4 weekdays so there's no hope for them to be there on Saturdays. I would say do not rush for application. take your time, if that means your spouse has to take a B1 test then get her sat on it. Its peace of cake anyway. G...

yes thats what it is. If you have ILR on your passports then thats fine.

Keep it simple no need to submit the documents that are asked for.

Documents about salary etc are only need if one is self employed or applying under EEA treaty etc so wouldn't include those.

the documents below should be sufficient:

1. Form AN + payment slip
2. Photos
3. LIUK Original Certificate
4.Passports and BRPs etc

unless you are self employed you don't need P60, bank statements etc anyway if I am correct.

hello InUKONHSMP.

good to see you here after a while.

if you have a degree taught in the UK then you don't have to prove your english proficiency. just include the degree certificate

and you won't have to take LIUK test again either as it should still be valid
