in the UK at least, you have to sign marriage papers in your maiden name because before you are married that IS your name, so having marriage papers in maiden name and passport subsequently in married name is normal, no need to worry there firstly; include a copy of your company's accounts - this wi...

you don't need to provide proof of continuous employment, you just need to provide as much as you can in terms of payslips and bank satements to show that you have the finances to support yourself and your wife I WOULD note in your covering letter that you don't have payslips for October and Novembe...

Yes indeed utility bills and other household bills are considered Third Party Support and you can be refused on that... This is clearly third party support and you should be careful.. normally, on a visit visa, you don't have the right to appeal anyway plus, in the application information, they do ask for BANK STATEMENTS, not just payslips, the fact that they did not provide these documents IS grounds for refusal, and so an appeal would not be upheld anyway they can re-apply imme...

you cannot extend the visit visa or switch to a settlement category, unless she can show extenuating circumstances such as being critically ill and moving her back to her own country would be potentially fatal 1) No 2) Yes it is stringently applied 3) it's no more difficult than any other visa as lo...

if she's done visit visas before then you should find getting a settlement visa a cake walk by comparison

I *think* you need to be a british citizen to get a CNI from the Register Office in the UK, you can try calling your local Register Office and ask them you'll need to get your spanish fiance to ask in spain if they'll accept a CNI from your embassy in london, or if you need to get the CNI from the e...

I don't think you have any method of using your dead husband as a method of obtaining a visa for the UK. You would have needed to apply for a Spouse visa while he was still alive (and he would have had to have been living in the UK at the time). However you can apply in any of the categories open to...

if you're addressing this to a single user here, why don't you send it as a PM? 1) there is no "ideal amount" to show on the closing statement, you need to show consistent accounts over the whole period 2) it doesn't make a difference what account type you use 3) you and your sponsor need to provide...
