You do need a separate visa if you wish to travel to those countries. You only need to apply Schenegen visa for any of the EU countries (other than the UK) and you should be able to travel between those countries.

the chances are, you might have to go back & apply for entry clearance as the judge said unless you can come up with some very very strong reasons for not maintaining the required funds.

the letter is required to say that the application has passed, and been awarded the degree, not that s/he is likely to pass.
I stand corrected.

you will need the letter from your institution stating your course title, start & end date and that you are likely to pass. (provided your institution & course meet the requirements of PSW).

in order to apply for extension of your existing leave, you need to have a CAS letter from a college or university. Its unlikely that you will get CAS only for the purpose of waiting results. You need to speak to your college or university about this, the only thing that is possible is that you get ...

you can do another MSC as long as your college is willing to offer you CAS but please bear in mind that due to the recent changes in the way University of Wales worked, it might not be possible for UoW to validate the external degrees offered by colleges like LSBF. Make sure you clarify this from yo...

ACCA+MBA, a new scam to be unleashed????

I am not at all speculating anything but I do feel that in the near future, some private colleges who are offering professional courses like ACCA with MBA or MSC on scholarship will have to abandon their MBA/MSC part as University of Wales has been merged into some other brand names and they have an...

whenever you apply again for visa , make sure that the bank statement you use is not more than 1 month old, as your visa is already expired you won't get any appeal right in case they refuse your visa for any reason. If you cannot produce a new current bank statement (due to funds or any reason) the...

I m afraid you would not be able to get CAS letter just to cover few days. You would need to get admission in another course, fulfilling all academic & visa requirements (maintenance etc) or otherwise you will have to get the letter from your institution that you are expected to pass and that should...

there is some misunderstanding. You are not getting the point here. If you apply for PSW without first lodging your appeal, you will be considered as overstayer or your application will be treated as out of time. In that case if your PSW application is refused for any reason what so ever, you would ...

IMO, if you still have appeal time (10 days), then you should appeal against the refusal even your course has already finished. The benefit will be that your leave will be automatically extended until the outcome of your appeal. In the mean time what you can do is file your PSW application and withi...

The policy guidance says that if the course is of Post Graduate level then you can apply as a family member.

That is what I wanted to confirm if ACCA is considered as PG or not.

Many thanks

the immigration status will remain the same until he apply as a spouse. Getting married to someone itself does not give automatic right / change of immigration status.

hope this helps.

It would be a good idea to actually ask the concerned college itself as some colleges may accept "general test" and some may not.
