Hello, Directive/2004/38/EC.

No,he hasn't received anything, but only I've got the COA as I'm a non EEA citizen.

Actually I called the UKBA this morning, and found that the COA was only for non EEA nationals, so it's only for EEA2&4 applicants.
No confirmation nor proof for EEA1&3 applicants

Good morning, everyone. I called the UKBA this morning and asked when they'd request me to return my passport to them, but an advisor answered that I'd just need to wait for their request, same as I called them in April :( About any confirmation for EEA1 applicants, the advisor described that the COA...

>>AnnaS Thank you for the reply! As far as the COA, it sounds like a typical mistake, (and not the worst they make too) I know other people who had this.  The COA is really important to prove the eligibility to work/live here and secure the status for us(applicants for the EEA2).....

I guess the first thing to do after arriving to the UK, is register at the closest Jobcenter. Is that correct? I'll try to answer based on my experiences... 1.As an EEA FP holder, your husband certainly has a right to work in the UK.But the thing is, some employers aren't willing to employ people having visa that's going to be expired only 6months later... 2.Your husband needs to apply for the family member ...

Unfortunately,it's not informed in the COA.

It's adviced not to make any non urgent travel plans, and not to call nor make written enquiries about the progress of the application to UKBA.

So, I'm not sure if i can keep my current job after my EEA FP is expred, as a prospective resident card holder.

Why doesn't he ask his Accountant?
His accountant has acted for him without the name of his business, and it seems its obviously not important to estimate his tax. What are more important is how much he has earned or spend expenses. So, she doesn't know his name of business either.
