Re: Concerning My PR. Please, I Need Your Advice.

Yes you will. As you will need to apply under the UK immigration rules (using your PR status) and not using EEA regulations (as you are not EEA).

Re: MN1 section? For UK born child

The correct answer is either.

Section 1(3) is entitlement (i.e automatic approval. No need for HO discretion). Section 3(1) is application at discretion so better to apply using 1(3).

Re: MN1 children refused, please help

There is no appeal process for citizenship. You can ask for reconsideration (£80 fee). Why did you think the children will receive citizenship? The HO normally expect both parents to hold ILR (and one to apply for citizenship) when born abroad children apply. There has been a case recently that chal...

Re: Aplying for ILR and PR at the same time?

Thank you Obie for your advice. The reason why i want to apply for ilr too is because it will on a card not a sticker in passport as in PR case, im required to return my old passport upon expiry therefore i would have to reaaply to get that confirmation again on my new passport if i get the PR. I might be wrong but no country will issue a new passport without stamping the other as cancelled !!
Not entirely correct. Several countries (including the UK) would issue you an additional passport in certain circumstances.

Just answer what the question asks. I don't know which question in the form you refer to but if asked date of arrival put date of arrival. Simple.

Re: Documents to visit UK as a Self sufficient on EEA FP

As EEA national you (and your family) enojoy free movement in the EU. If you move to the UK to look for a job, you don't need to say you are going as a tourist. In fact you don't need to explain why you are going (and whatever reason you have it has no affect on the application). The application is...

Re: EEA4 or EEA(PR)

Sometimes it's better to be smart than right. The form is not legally required but on other hand the legal requirement is for to issue it within 6 months. I would try to make it easier for the HO. Just fill in the relevant section in the new form.

PR status is obtained automatically. PR Confirmation is obtained after making an application.

A problem is that is student is required to have CSIC in order to exercise treaty rights ( 4(1)(d)(ii) ). Unless (based on Annex B ) you held a Registration Certificate as a student prior to June 2011. If you are certain you apply for Registration Certificate as a student, then you would be exempt ...

Her past history doesn't matter. Once she complete the 5 continuous years, she obtain PR. Answering that she entered earlier than the 5 years (and not exercising treaty rights then) will not affect the application.

You can also provide them with your car number plate and photo of your dog. It will not make a difference. As EEA national you enjoy from free movement in the EU irrespective of your financial situation. Trust me, you don't want to provide them information which is not required. They might get confu...

Re: Documents to visit UK as a Self sufficient on EEA FP

If you don't live in the UK, there is no need to be self sufficient. What you do is irrelevant (although the form does ask for financial information which you don't need to answer). All that is needed is passports, marriage certificate and letter signed by you stating you will travel together. See t...

Are you British from birth? Through your parents? Were you born in the UK? British citizen can only pass British citizenship once generation if born abroad so if you received BC by decent, you can't pass it further. If you BC other than by decent, you should be able to pass the citizenship and the c...

Well in the form AN Q2.4 - how did you exercise treaty rights? Did he answer by employment or studies? If he stated employment, CSI not required. If studies, then the HO would expect to see CSI.
