i am extremely confused as where to add the information about a fixed penalty ticket i received in 2014 on AN application form for jumping a red light (i thought it was amber) whilst on my bicycle.

Hi i am planning to go on holiday to France with my EEA wife and 2x British citizen children, i currently hold a permanent resident issued by UK.

Only a degree (BSc, BA, MSc, etc) is acceptable for the English requirement.

I can't find anything specifically about the PgDip on the government website but given that it is a qualification at NVQ L7 and thus higher than a Bachelor's degree (NVQ L6) which they accept, it should be fine. You may want to wait for confirmation from senior members/moderators though as I am not...

PR (EEA4) do I need a visa to travel to EU countries?

Hi,

I received my PR today finally after waiting for 5 months, the PR has no mention of EEA/EU on it, so u am thinking I might have problem when I will visit EU countries which I previously visited without any problem as my EEA2 or residence card said family member of EU.

Do I need a visa now?

Hi all you are the first people to know I applied on 2nd March and got my PR today with a date of 27th July. So it took them almost 5 months. Finally i can go for holiday. The passport has a sticker saying PR and no mention of EEA does that means i will have to obtain a visa when travelling to europ...

Application sent on the 20th of February and COA received dated 6th March. Received my permanent resident on the 6th of July dated 3rd of July. Married to Dutch national with 4 children Congratulations ... that's good news thanks for sharing it with us. i applied mine on 2nd march and still waiting...

UK2715, yes they issued you ROR because u are still under 5years, and next year when u are due for PR, you will send your spouse docs till divource those ones u sent earlier for ROR and your activities from after divource like payslips, p60, to show them that you are working. You don't have to wait...

I send my application on 2/03/15
received application confirmation after a week and
COA after 3 weeks.
PR waiting ......
looks like applications from Jan/Feb are being processed so fingures crossed.

Hi Love123 Half good and half bad news.. When did you get your passport back? Iran when your Soliciter received your documents? In terms of appeal I'm not sure about your 2 years gape. Some law expert in forum can advice on it. What about your Soliciter?What he/she says. Good luck for your appeal.....
