Is there any benefit of having 3 nationalities Depends on the combination of nationalities... Irish British and French would not be so useful. American, British and Australian might be better. Colombian, Afganistan and Rwanda not so good. in my case it is going to be British, Pakistan and Hungarian...

If your wife is not BC before the birth and the child is born in the UK, the child will be British. If your wife would already be British before the birth, the child wouldl be British regardless where he is born. He would probably also be Hungarian and Pakistani. My hungarian national wife who has a permanent resident card in uk and is in process to apply for British citizen, the baby is due in oct.
I am a Pakistani national and my pr will be in 2014.
The question is what will be my babys status when he/she is born?

If a person on post study work permit marries a romanian national who have been in UK for 2 months and is working as self employed.

Does she needs to have 18k salary or it is for both partners?
Is romanian citizen any different from other EEA Nationals in terms of marrying a non EEA citizen?

Normally a birth certificate demonstrates parent / child relationship. Any other proof would work, but to be honest, I can't think of one just now. i don't think i will be able to produce her birth certificate, don't u think passport isn't enough evidence of relationship? You need to show that she is dependent on you. Concentrate on how you would do that first. i am about to apply for EEA2 resident document for me mom, i hold EEA2 Resident Permit and my mother is currently on a visit visa, as there is no one back home to look after her, me and my wife wants her to stay with us,

i can do that.. She needs to be wholly or mainly financially dependent on the EEA national.
