I think they have deducted my application fee it says EURO in the payment description and an amount of £55 payment was deducted yesterday.

I send my application today cost me £26 and I added a special delivery return as well.

I believe your application may be invalid. You should have had the fee debited by now. I believe there might have been issues with the fees. My EEA2 visa expires on 21/03/2015 however i got married on 15/11/09 this means my 5 years will be on 15/11/2014 if its counted from date of marriage.

when should i apply for my EEA4 visa?

also my wife Hungarian national has a PR and we have a British citizen child.

An EEA national worker/self employed person can claim public benefits and for determining the PR then the individual circumstances are being considered.
