I made my PR (EEA4) application on 02/03/15.
Received application confirmation on 09/03/15
Received COA on 16/03/15

What is next? do they call for biometrics (I had my biometrics done in 2008 when i was on student Visa will they need it again)?

I think they have deducted my application fee it says EURO in the payment description and an amount of £55 payment was deducted yesterday.

I believe your application may be invalid. You should have had the fee debited by now. I believe there might have been issues with the fees. Thanks for your response Obie, if there are payment issues would it help if i call UKBA helpline and ask them to take the payment manually, i am really worrie...

My EEA2 visa expires on 21/03/2015 however i got married on 15/11/09 this means my 5 years will be on 15/11/2014 if its counted from date of marriage.

when should i apply for my EEA4 visa?

also my wife Hungarian national has a PR and we have a British citizen child.

An EEA national worker/self employed person can claim public benefits and for determining the PR then the individual circumstances are being considered.
