Does this measn that You can apply for Citizenship Come Jan 2010 once you present that Letter to them???

If citizenship is on your agenda and and you can Apply by Jan 2010, I will definitely encourage that you apply by then before the Prices Go up come April 2010. :-)

yeah.... I really never get these Port of Entry questions. If you are here legally, abidding by your visa Rules, surely regardless of what happens and questions asked, You should be able to respond postitively and confidently...
