How on earth is it cheaper to apply for two separate visas rather than just paying for the tier 4? As previously mentioned its not possible to do this. Do not have your partner apply for a fiance visa if you're not certain about getting married. Just have a long distance relationship for a while. ma...

Ok I started answering your questions but then got p*ssed of because you didn't do any research. Your questions have been asked 100's of times on here. Use the search function.

Also if you're trying to apply for flr(m) and are not living together, you will not be approved. Sort that out first.

Get yourself in a better situation and quick! The rules may be changing and income thresholds will go up significantly. Then your partner needs to go back to his home country and apply for a visa from there. The overstay alone will not count against him. On a side note, why put yourself and your chi...

You prove it by showing your plans to marry within the 6 month period she will be granted as your fiancee. You also need picture proof of you meeting. If you've been apart for longer than 3 months, you'll need to show you were communicating the whole time. What I meant was, if you're not ready to ma...

If she's not your fiancee yet, don't apply for a fiancee visa. That's deceptive. If she's your girl friend and you just want to shack up for 6 months and see if it works, sorry that's not what the visa is for and there's no such visa.

Lol, why would you get refused flr(m) based on a failure to provide a ring reciept? Look at the guidance and instructions. The application asks for specific documentation! Just include what it's asking for.

I hope you paid for your use of the NHS because if the rules change in April, refusals will be likely when the applicants history shows over £1,000 of illegal NHS use. I don't see what human rights are being breeched here. Wouldn't it be easier to just apply for a spousal visa in your home country a...

You say you got flr(m) but then in your post make it seem like you got ILR?

I think you're confusing the two. In two years time you'll be applying for ILR.

Solution is you'll have to pull together on your wage for the mean time while living together. Then have him apply for any part time job that he can get to contribute. After getting his flr(m), he can look for better jobs. Plus it'll be easier as he would be more flexible to interview.

Can we not say to the immigration that once he has got his visa he will find work nearer to me after his studies have finished? You can, but it'll get refused. Also, if he graduates in say June, that's 3 months that you wouldn't be living together so you'd not qualify for ILR and would have to rene...

Have you got any qualifications or special skills? It's very hard to secure a stay based on employment. Otherwise you can try for a student visa (tier 4). Your chances of staying on your own merit are limited I'm afraid.

Ah, Zdrasvoytee! :)

I was just checking because some countries have it easier than others but Russia is not one of them I'm afraid.

I too suggest that you see an advisor about this. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

OP, you signed up for hardship and long waiting periods when you decided to be in a long distance international relationship. We're not trying to be mean and negative. Re: URGENT ADVICE NEEDED!! spouse visa 20.5 years old girl

Sorry but best thing to do is wait it out. I don't think you'd get the visit visa approved to be honest. You're a huge overstay risk because you're married, young, don't have many ties to your home country (most likely), you get my point. Student visa is very expensive. Can you afford the fees+maint...
