guys, i havent received my COA for over 2 months now, it was submitted to HO and everytime i call they say it is still being checked, is this normal? i have complained to as many organizations as i can but still no answer.?

hi guys

i am applying for the retention of rights, will the HO need all of the payslips month per month or just a couple here and there that cover most of the financial year i.e. 4 payslips a year jan - may- sep-dec.
wouldnt a p60 per year be sufficient?

What are you applying for anyway? If you say EEA2 - you mean you do not have 5 years in the UK? In that case I don't think you have to do anything except tell the UKBA of your divorce. i have all the documents necessary, the reason i said EEA2 (i still have my valid original RP, exp 2011) is becaus...
