yes, HSMP JR people do not need to take the life in the uk test.
jenny - Your documents seems ok to me. also the absences are also within limits. u have not exceeded 90 days in one stretch and 180 days in total.-looks very straight forward to me, good luck

I would think, If you own a company, its normal to have an accountant. Even if you had the skills to maintain the books/taxes yourself-only a chartered accountant will give it the credibility (unless u are a registered accountant yourself).
