In many asian countries this is not the case. Hats off for this statement from u man from...

yes, its normal for uk comapies to make reference checks.
but i dont think they will be enquiring about your pay. - it will be more to do with your work experience, your job role and your character

- but its not a good idea to give incorrect information nevertheless..

I think paying the fine amounts to acceptance of guilt. If you are not guilty you'll have to take a legal course and get your name cleared. It would come down to a forgery case on your ex. You'll have to ask for proof from DVLA for the letter you allegdly sent and argue it was a forgery... but you'l...

I doubted that prices will fall that soon again when they already fallen. Intension to buy a flat was purely to stay away from waster rental payment, and to avoid negitive quity I already have deposit of 10%, so for a flat worth 210 won't go below in 190 in next 5 years...where they last year slump...

you'll have to have a few things in mind. - consultants don't have any idea about that the work u do orwhat the company is looking for. they just know about job titles and a few company names in the field - companies dont give much feedback about why they have rejected a cv-so we cannot expect the c...

Too general

Mechanical Design Engineers seems a bit general but compared to a year/2 before the market on the oil and gas/ process industry side is lot better. the salary again depends on the experience and how scarce the skills are... for eg. pipe stress engineers there are few roles available for 40-50/hour o...

self-employment is allowed

with a tier-1 visa you can be self-employed

-but i'm not sure about opening a shop. because to run a shop it may require more than one person ...that would be employing someone and hence not self-employment..
