For a child born outside the UK, living in the uk for last 5 yrs
one of the parents a naturalised citizen (child and other parent on ILR)

while applying for naturalisation, the applicable section of the nationality act is section 3(5) - Is this correct?

if the accounts statement is genuine I dont think the wording is going to be a problem the numbers matter more. is the company registered. is your friend the only shareholder ? - i.e is there documentation for that how is the funds from the company's business account transferred to the personal bank...

i am not an expert - but i think it does not matter if you are unemployed when you on tier-1/HSMP as long as u have maintenance funds
- ie for dependent visa so at the time of application if your are unemployed you can declare so

how long is your visa valid ?
