Thanks Gagan1986, It comes under Major offences though it was given a FPN treatment. Still thay have a point I guess?

Issue is if they ask License/counter part later for some reason, then they will see this offence & might think that we have foul played not declaring this offence though it is a FPN? Wouldn’t that be a good character issue then?

Issue is now at least they don't grant visitor visa as no enough evidance to prove that she has genuine interest going back to mother country. We are trapped now. Is there any way that we can win at least a visitor visa application??

Should driving with Mobile phone be declared?

We have a traffic offence case as my wife was stopped while driving using a mobile few months ago. She got a £60 fine & 3 points from police, no court case. We also are looking to apply for BC but not sure whether to declare this offence on the application or not? thanks

Have they removed that age limit over 65 years requirement? You need long-term personal care to perform every day tasks, such as washing and cooking Above is a tricky condition... if you try to prove this condition then they will ask that who looks after your parents currently? & why is that caring ...

Situation is he only has a temporary visa in Sri Lanka as they have stopped giving dual citizenships, he can’t go for dual citizenships either...and also he can’t come back in UK as his wife’s visa restrictions....

The financial requirements are the same. Thanks Lucapooka, He is retired now... so he won't be able to demonstrate a current earnings requirement, so what could be the alternative requirements on this situation?? Also will his wife need to complete the English requirement & Life in UK test? thanks
