I sure this can be done in India but not sure about in the UK.

Go to indian high commission website and if you cannot find info then contact them.

You need to pay new IHS.
It may be too late, but you can request partial refund for earlier visa IHS if you feel you child granted two years visa instead of three years.

just crossed checked, the letter is invitation as well as approval. At the right up corner there is a ''our ref number '' with 9 digit number. Thats what I quoted to council but they can tell with full name as well. As ours was phone in appointment not online.

I have booked ceremony for my wife and son on 17th this month.
Council will not send a invitation letter, with reference number cross check with council whether they have received letter or not and if it is there book it. I got only one letter with reference number from HO.

As for I remember, it will stay 90 days from first login.
I am not sure about exact days but definately limited days of access.

I also got a letter from HO for my wife and son today.
Then called the council and booked. They said the letter needs to take the ceremony day without that you won't be allowed.

not sure about dentist but doctors cannot do speciality training who has this restrictions and have to apply respective visa. However, they can work as doctors.

You won't get any consent letter to download, just write your own and sign it in same or separate letters.

Even I did the same.

Referee form itself is the confusion for me. It says write name and date of birth back of the photos and glue it.
To make easy to referee, I typed applicant name before print and then the person put his details. I don't think, it is should be an issue.
