call for appointment to diagnostic centre, then ask your doubt.

As for I remember, you need passport.
They give a certificate and the x ray.

Re: Referee form panic

Even I did the same.

Referee form itself is the confusion for me. It says write name and date of birth back of the photos and glue it.
To make easy to referee, I typed applicant name before print and then the person put his details. I don't think, it is should be an issue.

Re: Claimed child benefit for 4 months & ILR application due

I did not have this situation as I did not claim benefit.
As people suggested, arrange payment and get a letter of cleared payment. Then add a covering letter.
There is no other option, I believe.

Re: Claimed child benefit for 4 months & ILR application due

As for my understanding, it is a not HMRC administrative error, rather your understanding about benefit claim rights. In the form, there are clear questions about Immigration control. Most probably, lack understanding, people put the wrong answer. Therefore, HMRC never accepts their error. The best ...

Re: MN1 two referees information

I am not sure but my understanding is that the child has known professionally. let experienced people answer your question. As letter clearly says: Where  the  applicant  is  a  child  applying,  one  referee  should  be  a  professional  who has  engaged  with  the  child  in  a  professional  capa...

Re: MN1 two referees information

2nd referee must be professional as for I understand.
I am also applying for my son, I took it from the class teacher.
It should not be a problem if a child does not know for three years.

Why did not apply his ILR along with you? as per my understanding is that children are eligible to apply when parents apply irrespective of duration of stay.

You are contradicting your statment , my understanding is that SOL jobs no need RLMT.
