the best way is to get the British passport if you not interest then u better give up ur ILR n do whatever u like n go wherever u want.sorry for being harsh !!!

there is no immediate threat to 10 yr lawful residence due to being tied to Human Rights Act 1998. It is still early days regarding scraping human rights act 1998. Last coalition government set up a committee to bring British bills of rights but failed to come up for new rules n then rejected by Lib dem therefore it would be a while to bring a new act/rules so expect it in nxt 6 - 12 months for i...

for long residence of 10 yrs u r allowed to overstay a maximum of 28 days .

u r missing da whole point.u can overstay up to 28 days n it won't affect anything if u applying inside UK.
If u withdraw ur application n go back home n apply again u could get a visa if u can satisfy tier 1 requirements.

rules r straight forward......money has to be in account for 28days....credit card etc is not acceptable.
his case wuld be dismissed.
Only option is to apply again wid in 28 days.

go for admin review citing ur paid accommodation fee along wid receipts , official letters etc n can win on dat basis

don't withdraw application.......let them refuse it so ur whole one yr will be covered by section 3c making ur stay legitmate.u can go back home after that n apply for new visa etc,

No harm in applying again for MBA as long u can satisfy homeoffice in interview that u r a genuine student n really want to study .IELTS score of 7.0 n admission in a good reputable university famous for business studies might improve ur chances :)

it depends what course u want to study .If PhD then there is no cap or the courses excluded from cap such as (Medicine,Law,music,etc)

Once you reach da cap that's it.no more Tier 4 in country or overseas.
