go for admin review citing ur paid accommodation fee along wid receipts , official letters etc n can win on dat basis
as far academic progression if HO hasn't raised this so far den u shld be okay

don't withdraw application.......let them refuse it so ur whole one yr will be covered by section 3c making ur stay legitmate.u can go back home after that n apply for new visa etc,

normally 2-3 weeks after interview if u r studying in uni.also depend on case worker hw efficient he/she is lol

No harm in applying again for MBA as long u can satisfy homeoffice in interview that u r a genuine student n really want to study .IELTS score of 7.0 n admission in a good reputable university famous for business studies might improve ur chances :)

it depends what course u want to study .If PhD then there is no cap or the courses excluded from cap such as (Medicine,Law,music,etc)

Once you reach da cap that's it.no more Tier 4 in country or overseas.

is ur instituation is a university or a college ? even if dey expel u ur visa will be curtailed n issued a 60 day notice to find a new sponsor. so effectively u can spend another 3 -4 months in dis situation which lead to short of abt 4-5 months for ILR.....u could make a new in time application int...

looks lyk tier 4 is not an option at da moment. Apply for FLR (FP) just before ur 60 days expire n hope u get a right appeal if so u can stretch ur tym for another 6-8 months mean while tier 4 situation get better (election results ) otherwise u can go bak to tier 4 in sep ( more chances of securing...

well u shld hv read da guidance for long residence first.dey are avaible on UKVI website
so far no major changes for ILR.
7 yr is for child born here n had continuous residence.

jus follow da appeal process from first tier tribunal to Upper tribunal n it wuld take more dan 4 months :D

just mention da last 10 recent countries.u gonna submit ur passport anyway wid ur application n dey can check it from there.
Previous Tier 5 visa won't affect ur new tier 4 visa application.

y wuld u need a passport whn u can't travel or not intended to travel.
Embassy won't let her issue a new passport until she has a valid visa.Its better to wait for JR outcome.
U can always refer to embassy's official website for more info.

U shld hv received a biometric letter by nw.ring Home Office n ask for ur biometric letter.There shld be a ref no and case id on the letter u jus received from HO. withdraw ur appeal.contact HO regarding ur departure.since ur passport is expired while with HO,just make them clear to pay for any costs etc for return to ur country.

application returned invalid or refused ? there shld be some sort of information in da HO letter. read that letter properly he won't be overstayer if he has a HO acknowledgement letter proving his application was under process during dat tym.
