Re: April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Hi All, I have submitted my application last Friday. I have submitted my passport as a proof of identity, but I had used my BRP card which was issued in 2013, before getting my ILR, for Life in UK test. I have not written any cover letter for the same. Is this fine? It's pretty obvious that most pe...

Re: URGENT PLEASE, AN Form: Application Date on Form

Hi, I will complete 1 year post ILR on 14/07/2015 and my NCS appointment is on 16th July for Naturalisation. I have completed and signed AN form with date 30/06/2015 and my referees signed it on 01/07/2015. Today somebody told me that these dates should be after you have completed 1 year of ILR (i....

Re: investigation letter from home office.

I disagree with Simon and Fwd and others, on the subject; there shouldn't be any restrictions on movement. If countries like UK or Canada placing restrictions on movement (moving abroad temporarily or permanently) - these countries will become a JAIL. Somehow or indirectly its against human rights....

People change...things change... future is unpredictable... Chapter 18 Annex F line 4: " As it is impossible to be absolutely certain what a person intends to do in the future, the most reliable indicator will be past behaviour" .. Past behaviour is an indication, indeed. I would not digress from t...

Re: investigation letter from home office.

More than 90% of people move away from here to their country of origin after obtaining british passport and this wont make sense for home office to chase them up. I digress from the original purpose of this thread, which we all are agreed seems to be a badly designed forgery. But I was startled by ...

Note that you don't have to send your tax forms. The only reason why someone would want to get the work history is if you don't remember it, but Home Office does not require for you to send it to them.

I wouldn't do that. It may open a can of worms.

Maybe the person who sent this letter expected this kind of reaction.

Re: investigation letter from home office.

Realistically, Home Office has to prove that you lied aboit your intentions to stay in the UK at the time of the application. However, circumstances can change. For example, one can get a good job offer abroad and move there temporariky. Who is to say this is not allowed? If this is indeed how Home ...

This is just great! So, after they have effectively closed the door to reunification with the elderly parents, will they start prosecuting those naturaluzed citizens who dared to leave the UK to take care of them?

id love to know what databases they use to make their checks based on! out of curiosity You will not get answer to this question here. Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

This forum is only reтpresenting a fraction of all applicants. I was told that approval rate is rather quick at the moment. It really depends on other agencies involved. For example how they check the biometrics? Do they check them at all? Let's see ... Indeed. About 10,000 apply each month, and on...

Thanks for the warning. This is really annoying how they are contradicting themselves in their own guide, where they clearly say that those who fulfilled their KoLL after October 2013 don't have to do it again.
