Hi gansenbonou1,

Yes, I didnt told them that I need it urgently. Did you told them?
On that they I got appoinment in the morning and seem not too busy at all. May be becuse of snow made they short of staffs.

Congratulation! I'm still waiting, yesterday nothing in my post box (just only normal bill).

Do you think can I go to post office near me and ask about my delivery without the note?

I do hope I will get it within 2 weeks as I need to submit my visa to my employer.

Thank you Superfox, I'm happy to hear that we can go back and collect it. If I do that whether it effect to my visa? I think I will call them up by next week as I just applied on last friday. By the way, when did u apply for that? Did they give you any reasons that they cant give your documents back...

In section B, I have to provide previous address detials and dates I lived there.

Problem is, I moved house about 3 times and I cant remember date and details of the 1st house as I lived there less than a month. Can I skip my first house details?

Referring to Question T9: Providing contact details for each of the documents( Payslip and Bank Statement).
I got reference for my payslip who is HR. But HSBC refused me for any reference.. What can I do?

Hi all,

I just a bit confuse about 12 months bank statement? Can I use my bank statement that I got it by post every 3 months time or I need to order the whole 12 months again?

PS. Currently, I have 11 months bank statement which I got it by post.

I'm very scare and confuse as I need my last statement (december - for Jan to Nov i got it by post) by 7 jan. I will pop to other HSBC branch and ask for stamp and sign again. If not I have to send my last statement without stamp and sign.

My pay slip for December pay day is 25/12/09 but my company deposit money (in advance ) as 21/12/09. Do i have problem for this?

and which date should company state in letter? (25 or 21 of december 2009)?
