Seems like OP's application was badly prepared. There wont be a right of appeal. All she can do is, put down everything in writing. Write down her whole immigration history and how things turned out for her. Basically write everything as if she is making a fresh application, even if she is repeatin...

A telling example to all those who think that an application under Article 8 will solve all their problems after circumventing Home Office rules by overstaying. Under the new Conservative/Liberal I expect that the rules will be enforced most rigourously which will leave many illegal immigrants very...

Other person liable for this charge. Is this not for other family persons living there.
Yes other person liable for the charge, means other persons responsible for the payment of that council tax charge. Still will not tell you the number of people living in a house.

Re: HELP!! Spouse Visa!!

I have been told that I need to show proof of my employment in the UK while I was a working holiday maker: Dont know that as part of the requirement for a spouse visa and might not count since you are applying for a spouse visa. I kind of helped the owner when his wife is away. He gave me some pock...

Re: INF 3 declaration

the guidance for INF 3 says use this form only in case of settlement visa... for parents / grand parents... That was the answer to your query. Your parents are family visitors and not settlements applicants, so you dont need a sponsorship declaration. sushmehtal has already answer your question. Yo...

I am not having a go, but I believe you have been appropriately and honestly advised even batleykhan wouldn't advised you otherwise (its all our opinion anyway, we are no experts). Any attempt to change your story at this point, ECO would never believe you and appeal is not certain bcos you are only...

Re: Couple of quick queries please.

Yours council tax bills also show how many people are living at property. Council tax does not shows the number of people living in a house/flats, tenancy agreement does. I just check our own council tax to confirm, it only shows the householder's name, the address, the amount of council tax and BA...

I honestly agreed with you, I said it earlier in my post. I 'm only banking on the experience of the OP who got unmarried partner even though they were not together for up to 24 months last week. Just reading the case of the person you refer to and it seems when they did apply for UPV they were onl...

You are right, except for that whm visa can be varied. She wont have any basis for applying outside the rules. Yeah mrlookforward. I wasnt sure about varying WHM because I remember that one of the rules is that you must leave the the UK at the end of the 24 months because you can't renew them in-co...

Re: Couple of quick queries please.

I need to know that what could council tax bill prove as far as the accomodation requirement is concerned for a settlement visa? Council tax supports your tenancy agreement and confirms you are actually living in the house and paying tax 2.Is there anyway an ECO could determine that whether there w...

I beg to be different here. we all read about someone's experience last week, she got unmarried partners visa even though they were not together for up to 2 years (that's a rare case though but it proves that we should be positive) Having said that, I think I would go with ElenaW's advice. Give your...

its totally up to you what you want to do with your passport. If you are applying for your FLR(M) immediately after your marriage. I believe you can still use your passport as you still have up to one year validity. The Kenyan embassy should be able to sort your passport out for you after your visa ...

PG means paying guest. Living wit a family. And in pg theres no contrct or agreement papers. I think you should have a tenancy agreement and be in your own apartment before you think of inviting your parents. Even if you have proofs of address in the PG arrangement, you've got no secure tenancy/acc...
