im pretty sure your new app must be for tier 2 general as all other schemes are closed. they must have transitional arrangement in place for old WP holder but you should check if your employer is registered on ukba register of sponsors. otherwise you cant apply for tier 2 visa! cheers thanks. the e...

Just wondering, could I apply for PEO (same day service) for dependant visa for my baby. I am on work permit visa issues in Nov 2006. yes you can I did same for my baby last year and it was smooth.
