Hi,
Yes I did reply to the asylum letter bringing to their attention my documents are with the liverpool office and that I am under european law.
Do not ignore their letter, it might come back to hunt you.

I phone the ukba today and been told my case is completed on 28/07/2010 and awaiting dispatch.I tried to find out what the decision was but they couldnot disclose it I was told.

Thanks for response.I did send my passport and 2 passport pictures as well.Try and send your application as early as possible since it takes a hell of a time for the UKBA to make a decision.

Hi Maamiejoe, The whole esscence of the HO is to establish excersing of treaty rights by your ex during divorce.The regulations says prior to initiation of divorce which means you should be able to atleast give evidence until decree nisi was pronounced.I have sent you a private message, check it Tha...

Hi Maamiejoe, Probably it will be better if you could start by telling us when you got married,when you initiated divorce,when you got decree absolute and if your ex has worked throughout your marriage before divorce.I am sure once you do this you will get good advice by couple of gurus on the forum...

I see no reason why you should send them your ex blue card........be careful about doing this since a case worker might interpret it differently, thus,how are you able to produce that original document but not the rest.Do not give them chance to ask more questions.

Hi,
I made an application after divorce on the 02/01/2010 which the home office received on 04/10.2010.I received a certificate of application(COA)on 30/01/2010,but the letter was dated 26/01/2010. I believe wating times are better now compared to previous applications made by people on this forum
